Conditions for returning goods

 

Repayment term

The Buyer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods, without prejudice to the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without cause.

 

Return conditions

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in good working order. They must be returned in their original packaging, with all the labels and instructions provided by the manufacturer. Goods that have been used, are damaged or do not have all the original labels and parts of the packaging cannot be returned.

 

Start of the return process

To start the return process, the buyer must inform the seller of his/her wish to return the goods, specifying the order number and the list of goods to be returned. This can be done by email at info@storsistem.net or by phone +370 612 48848.

 

Shipping costs

All costs related to the return of the goods are borne by the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are properly packed and protected from damage during transport.

 

Confirmation of return and refund

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will review their condition and check that they comply with our return policy. Once we have confirmed that the goods are eligible for return, we will refund the buyer within 14 working days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the buyer for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
